Our black peppercorns or ‘black pepper’ were sourced from a grower on one of the southern most islands of Vanuatu. He uses only organic growing methods and has a diverse plantation of vanilla, coffee, bananas and nitrogen-fixing plants.

Black peppercorns are the dried whole fruit or berry of the peppercorn vine, Piper nigrum. As well as adding flavour to food, black pepper is known to also aid digestion amongst other amazing health benefits.
